Corporate Planning
While often a business imperative, organisational change can be difficult for organisations to manage alone. Working through every stage of a change process is a specialty area for Quest Consulting. We have extensive experience in the design and implementation of change processes that lead to significant business improvements. Our work includes organisational reviews and re-design, staff climate surveys and cultural change projects. Quest Consulting also assists organisations identify performance indicators and establish appropriate reporting frameworks.

Strategic Reviews and Planning
Visionary managers ensure effort is allocated to the future. Successful, meaningful strategic planning requires research, intelligent analysis, relevant consultation with stakeholders and conceptual skills to design strategies that will enable your organisation to achieve its objectives. Our work includes strategic planning exercises, small and large (short workshops through to complete strategic plans), with state government authorities, local government and not-for-profit agencies. On larger projects, we engage specialist colleagues (e.g. in risk management) to work with us on the project.

Governance Reviews and Training
Governance has assumed a far greater significance as a result of some very public corporate failures. Good governance is easy to espouse but difficult to achieve, particularly in organisations where Board members have limited experience in governance roles. Quest Consulting specialises in reviews of organisational governance (including Board self-assessments where appropriate) and provides training workshops that help Board Members understand their full range of responsibilities.
Stakeholder and Government Relations
With to-day's emphasis on the involvement of stakeholders many organisations are seeking to better understand their customers' needs and engage community representatives in both dialogue and planning. Quest Consulting can assist in identifying your key stakeholder groups and help establish communication channels that are effective. Our work includes an extensive array of community and stakeholder consultations including web-based surveys, focus groups and other innovative approaches to consultation that have been recognised in awards won by our clients.

Workshop Facilitation
As part of a project or as a stand alone exercise, Quest Consulting can facilitate Board, staff and stakeholder workshops to ensure participants are consulted, informed or fully engaged in your project. Over the past eight years, we have facilitated numerous workshops on many different topics with highly successful outcomes. Participants have included state and local politicians, high profile business representatives and community members from all walks of life.
